Orders
To begin ordering, visit the Livinzo website using your desktop or mobile browser. Livinzo currently
accepts orders only through our website for a smooth and secure shopping experience.
Steps to Place an Order
1.Browse the website and select the products you wish to purchase.
2.Click on “Add to Cart” for the selected items.
3. Review your shopping cart and click on “Proceed to Checkout”.
4. Sign in to your Livinzo account using your registered email address or mobile number.
– New customers can easily create an account using their email or phone number.
5.Enter the delivery address where you want to receive your order.
6. Choose your preferred payment method and enter the required details.
7. Review your order and click on “Place Order” to complete the payment and conrm your
purchase.
To change the quantity for items you have not yet added to the cart:
Once you click on the “Add to Cart” button and add the item to your shopping cart,
enter the desired quantity in the “Quantity” dropdown option on the right side of the
page.
To change the quantity for items already added to the cart:
Go to Cart, click on the quantity dropdown box to the right of the title, and choose the
desired quantity. The quantity number for the item and order amount will be updated
automatically.
If the entered quantity is not available with us, you’ll see an error message.
This could be due to the following issues:
– Check if there is a Payment decline. Please click here to know more about
Payment issues.
– The item you have selected is out of stock.
– There is some technical or internet connectivity issue.
– Undeliverable to the selected location/pincode.
– Check if there is a quantity limit.

Once your order has been shipped we will email you a tracking number and a link to
the courier’s website. Please contact our customer service team if you do not receive
this email.
You would not be able to change or modify the number of items once you have already placed an
order. You can place another fresh order with the desired modications.

Yes, all products listed in our shop are held in stock. We ship our products directly from our stock so
you can be assured of speedy delivery
Yes, shopping on our website is completely safe. We use (Rozarpay) Pay leading
payment gateway providers that are Verisign Secured and PCI Compliant. At no point during the
payment process do we handle your banking and card details, or store your banking and card
details after the order is placed.
Yes, we take utmost care in keeping your personal information safe and secure. We do not sell your

Returns
We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns:
The item must have been sold on our online store
– The item must have been sold on our online store
– The item shouldn’t have been used in any way
– The item should be in its original packaging with all the tags, etc.
To request an exchange, please submit your request via the “contact us” form. A
member of our support staff shall respond as soon as possible.
We do not offer cancellations or returns. Please check your order details before purchasing, as
orders cannot be stopped once placed.
