Upon Receipt of Your Order
Customers are advised to inspect the package carefully at the time of delivery. If the parcel appears damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, please refuse delivery or mark it as “Damaged” and contact us on the same day.

Return Request Period
If you wish to initiate a return or raise a complaint, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, please provide a clear unboxing video showing the damage. This video evidence is mandatory and helps us assess the issue accurately and take appropriate action.
Missing Items
If any item is missing from your order, please share an unboxing video showing the received items. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, a refund for the missing item(s) will be processed if replacement is not possible.
Exchange for Wrong Product Ordered
If you have ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange it, return and replacement shipping charges will be borne by the customer. As Livinzo operates as a wholesale-focused platform, exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Custom or Special Orders
Orders involving special handling or customization cannot be canceled and are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
Delayed Deliveries
Customers are advised to track orders regularly. If tracking shows no updates for 15 days after dispatch, please contact support.
Exceptions
Livinzo will not be responsible for damages not reported within the specified time frame or claims raised without unboxing video proof.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed only for damaged/defective products verified via video or missing items where replacement is not possible.
Original Condition & Packaging
Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all accessories, invoice, and receipt.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the error occurred from our side.
