Shipping Policy (India Only)

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time

  • Fast Shipping (Gujarat): Delivery within 3–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Fast Shipping (All Other States): Delivery within 4–6 business days after dispatch.
  • Flat Shipping (Gujarat): Delivery within 5–6 business days after dispatch.
  • Flat Shipping (All Other States): Delivery within 6–8 business days after dispatch.

Failed Delivery

If an order cannot be delivered due to reasons such as an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment will be returned to us.

Any shipping or return charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.

Upon Receipt of Your Order

Customers are advised to inspect the package carefully at the time of delivery. If the parcel appears damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, please refuse delivery or mark it as “Damaged” and contact us on the same day.

Bank Holidays

Deliveries are not made on bank or public holidays. Orders affected by holidays will be delivered on the next working day.
