Failed Delivery
If an order cannot be delivered due to reasons such as an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment will be returned to us. Any shipping or return charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.

Customers are advised to inspect the package carefully at the time of delivery. If the parcel appears damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, please refuse delivery or mark it as “Damaged” and contact us on the same day.

Return Request Period
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Damaged Products
Providing a clear unboxing video showing the damage is mandatory for assessment.
Missing Items
Notify us within 48 hours with an unboxing video. Once verified, a refund will be processed if a replacement is not possible.
Rejection / Denial of Parcel
If delivery is refused after dispatch, double shipping charges and 10% packing charges will be deducted before refund.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days to the original payment method.
